Consider dose reduction to 40 mg (2 x 20 mg capsules) for the duration of the treatment course or discontinue therapy

Can ZURZUVAE be used with another oral antidepressant?

ZURZUVAE can be used alone or as an adjunct to oral antidepressant therapy.1

What should your patients do if they miss a dose?

If your patients miss a dose of ZURZUVAE, have them take the next dose at the regular time the following evening and not take extra capsules on the same day to make up for the missed dose. Advise them to continue taking ZURZUVAE until the treatment course is completed.1

What is the process for adjusting prescriptions?

If your patients need a lower dose of ZURZUVAE, the specialty pharmacy will provide dosing adjustment assistance.
